What is considered an “account”?

For home services like energy, broadband and TV, an “account” is a supplier that provides service to a particular post code.

So if you have home TV and broadband from the same supplier, this would count as one account.

If you have a second property/home supplied by the same company, then this would count as an additional account.

For mobile, each mobile plan counts as a separate account.
