Terms and Conditions
Last updated 8th October 2015
By signing up to the Onedox service (the “Service”), the account holder (“you”) is entering into an agreement with Ideavate Limited (trading as Onedox) to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Any reference in these Terms and Conditions to “we”, “our” or “us” is a reference to Onedox.
Where we change the Terms and Conditions we will update them on this site accordingly, along with a revised effective date. For any significant changes, we will also notify you by other means, such as via email.
- 1. The Onedox Service
The Service simplifies and helps you manage your relationships with third party service providers such as energy, TV, Internet and phone companies and the DVLA (“Providers”). Once signed up, key account, usage and statement information is available centrally through your Onedox account.
You can also set up notifications to receive an overview of all of your account activity on a periodic basis, or whenever activity of interest takes place.
Based on the Data within your Onedox account, we may also make recommendations to you, such as to help you run your Provider relationships more efficiently and to provide money saving recommendations. In conjunction with other companies with whom we contract (“Partners”), Onedox may provide you with access to certain capabilities, such as switching to alternative Providers, via your account with us.
All of the features of the Service are more particularly described on the Onedox website: www.onedox.com
We will not charge you for access to the Service. To sign up, you will need to create an account by following the instructions on the Onedox website. Once your account has been created, you can provide your online account details for the specific Providers you use and then view information pertaining to those services within your Onedox account. The more Providers you add, the more useful the Service will be.
Once you have set up a Provider within your Onedox account, you won’t need to enter those details again. All key information relating to your account with that Provider will be available through Onedox on an on-going basis – through your Onedox account and via email notifications you set up and control.
We reserve the right to restrict the amount of time for which Data is made available within your Onedox account, upon providing notice to you. At present no such restrictions apply.

For all intents and
purposes, Onedox is acting as you would act in person.
You agree that when Onedox accesses and retrieves information from third parties relating to you, Onedox is acting as your agent and not the agent of the third party or any other entity.
